As part of our upcoming transition to a new vendor for the Fiserv Gives Back portal, associates must complete all transactions related to volunteer rewards by February 20.
Please note the following key dates:
- February 20: Last day to access the current portal and complete any pending volunteer reward transactions.
- February 20 – March 2: The portal will be temporarily unavailable during our transition to the new platform.
- March 2: Launch of the new Fiserv Gives Back portal.
Donations: Fiserv will match associate donations $1 for $1 up to $500 per associate per year made directly through the Fiserv Gives Back Portal during company-wide campaigns.
Volunteer: Fiserv will donate $10 for every 1 hours volunteered with a Charity listed on the Fiserv Gives Back Portal up to 50 hours of tracked time through the Fiserv Gives Back Portal. To effectively donate volunteer rewards to a nonprofit, after associate tracks time, the associate must select Make a Donation in the Fiserv Gives Back Portal, follow the prompts and select My Rewards as the payment method. Rewards will expire after six months.
Rewards Limit: Rewards are granted per guidelines above until the company max budget is reached. Once that limit has been reached, rewards will no longer be available.
